Frontier Mall Cheyenne, Shooting – In relation to the shooting that took place close to the Frontier Mall, two people have been captured and charged with manslaughter as a result of the incident. According to the Cheyenne Police Department, two individuals are being investigated for manslaughter in connection to a shooting that took place on January 9th close to the Frontier Mall.
